Okay, I've been to fancy sushi restaurants and it's always the hole in the wall that's 10x more delicious. I got an udon and dragon roll with a crunch shrimp hand roll to start with and every component is a slam dunk. Absolutely delicious and the couple that runs this place is so beyond kind. They could tell I was weak from hunger so they gave me lots of miso soup and the hand roll right away so it could tide me over while they torched the most delicious udon I've ever had.
